We currently have a membership of around 300 players that compete in Masters, Senior Turf, Senior Grass, Junior Turf, Junior Grass and U9 and U7 Rookey competitions. We pride ourselves on being a very welcoming and safe club and you will notice us for sure in our distinctive bright blue and orange uniforms and we're affectionately known as the Dragons.

Inspire Health Services have partnered with our club to provide free fitness testing, consultations and strapping for our members. Fitness Testing will take place Thursday 28th May, 7-9pm at their West End location - 365 Montague Road. We are looking for at least 30 people across these 2 hours who are keen to get real, objective data on where they are at physically. The results identify both performance opportunities and injury risk in one session. These are the exercises that you will be tested on:
Flexibility & Mobility — Knee-to-wall (ankle mobility) and sit-and-reach (hamstring and lower back). Mobility directly affects skating mechanics, stride length, and low-body positioning — restrictions here are often silent performance limiters.
Horizontal Power — Broad jump. A direct measure of explosive leg power — the foundation of acceleration, change of direction, and the ability to generate force quickly in match situations.
Balance & Proprioception — Y Balance Test. Assesses dynamic single-leg stability and identifies asymmetries between limbs. Strong scores here correlate with better agility and change-of-direction performance, not just injury resilience.
Movement Quality — Single-leg squat assessment. Reveals how well each athlete produces and controls force through a single leg — the fundamental movement pattern behind skating, cutting, and explosive push-off.
